Budget

An overall project budget guides all project expenses & provides visibility. We closely monitor spending with dashboards that reflect estimates, bids & purchase orders. Any change orders are also billed through the system to the homeowner.

Christian Tirone

VP Construction Operations

Christian manages strategic partnerships with experienced contractors, architects, vendors and land use attorneys. Christian is actively involved in acquisition, estimation and sales activities. He is also a licensed new home builder & home improvement contractor.

With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Christian has developed many high-end single and multi-family homes in NJ, NY & PA. Christian has completed residential projects using the traditional “stick” building concept and also the cost-effective and innovative “modular” construction method. He is also experienced in navigating the zoning & building regulations across many Northern New Jersey towns. Christian earned a BS from Fordham University.

Whitney Hill

VP Business Operations & Development

Whitney oversees financing, business operations, and design. She ensures the team works cohesively to identify & acquire properties, build out design & architectural plans, meet project budgets & financial targets. She also holds a New Jersey real estate referral license.

Prior to co-founding Glendale Ridge, Whitney gained strategic & tactical experience as a management consultant at Bain & Company and as an operations manager for an industrial supply distributor. For over a decade, she built experience in market analysis, financial modeling, operations & project management, performance improvement, strategic planning and business development. Whitney earned a BA from Yale University & an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
